Résumé

This congress is a great opportunity to network with experts academics and industrials in the field of Football Sciences. We invite all academics, research students and professionals to join this international congress on Football Sciences, Image, Multimedia and New Technologies to be held at University of Valenciennes (UVHC), Visual and Urban Design Laboratory (DeVisU) in partnership with the International Society of Sport Sciences in the Arab World (I3SAW).

Ce congrès est une bonne opportunité pour mettre en relation des experts universitaires, des professionnels et des entreprises évoluant dans le monde des Sciences du football. Nous invitons tous les chercheurs, les étudiants, les professionnels (entraineurs, dirigeants, médecins, journalistes, etc.) et les industriels à participer à ce congrès international des Sciences du football intitulé « Image, multimédias et nouvelles technologies » organisé par l’université de Valenciennes et du Hainaut Cambrésis (UVHC), Laboratoire visuel et design urbain (DeVisU) en partenariat avec International Society of Sport Sciences in the Arab World (I3SAW).

We invite all academics, research students and professionals to join this international congress on Football Sciences, Image, Multimedia and New Technologies to be held at University of Valenciennes (UVHC), Visual and Urban Design Laboratory (DeVisU) in partnership with the International Society of Sport Sciences in the Arab World (I3SAW).

Submission guidelines

The Official Language of the congress are English and French. Abstracts submitted for approval should be in English or French.

During the congress you can present in one of the two languages: English or French.

Deadline for abstract submission 31 October 2015 23:59 CET

The abstract must be limited to 500 words (+/- 25 words).

Please note only two abstracts can be submitted for 1st Authors.

Abstracts should be submitted by e-mail to abstracts-CSF-2016@univ-valenciennes.fr

Registration for presentation is necessary. Only those who registered and paid the registration fee before 15th January 2016 can present. 

Evaluation

The submitting Author can indicate his or her preference for symposia, workshop, oral or poster presentation, but final decision will be taken by the Congress Scientific Committee. Please also note that the Scientific Committee takes the right to change category if after accepting the abstract a more suitable heading is required.

All accepted abstract (for participants who have successfully registered and paid the registration fees) will be published in the congress proceedings.

Authors of the best abstracts presented at the conference will be invited to extend their papers for publication in an edited volume.

Jury of specialists will select finalists for the Young Research Award for the Congress.

Please note that the publication of the selected abstract(s) and inclusion in the Congress program is subject to the payment of the registration fee of the Presenting Author. The organizing committee regrets it is unable to provide any financial support, travel or accommodation expenses to the Authors of accepted abstracts.

Informations Générales

  • Les langues officielles de ce congrès sont l’anglais et le français. Les résumés soumis doivent être en anglais ou en français pour être validés.
  • Durant le congrès vous pourrez intervenir dans une des deux langues : en anglais ou en français.
  • La date limite d’envoi pour les résumés est le 31 octobre 2015 à 23h59.
  • Le résumé doit se limiter à 500 mots (+/- 25 mots).
  • Merci de ne soumettre que 2 résumés en premier auteur.
  • L’auteur qui soumet doit indiquer s’il a une préférence pour un symposium, un workshop, une présentation orale ou un poster. Cependant, la décision finale appartiendra au Comité scientifique du congrès. Notez que le comité scientifique se réserve le droit de changer la catégorie de votre choix.
  • Les résumés doivent être soumis par e-mail à : abstracts-CSF-2016@univ-valenciennes.fr(link sends e-mail)
  • Tous les résumés acceptés (pour les participants qui se sont inscrits et ont payé leurs inscriptions) seront publiés dans les actes du congrès.
  • Les auteurs des meilleurs résumés présentés au Congrès seront invités à développer leur travail de recherche pour une publication dans un volume édité.
  • Un jury d’experts sélectionnera les finalistes pour le prix Jeune Chercheur du Congrès.

  • L’inscription au congrès pour pouvoir communiquer est nécessaire. Seul(e)s celles/ceux qui se seront inscrit(e)s et auront payé leur inscription avant le 15 janvier 2016 pourront présenter.
     
  • Veuillez noter que la publication des résumés et leur inclusion dans le programme est soumise au paiement des droits d’inscription de l’auteur qui présentera. Le comité d’organisation regrette de ne pas pouvoir apporter une aide financière en ce qui concerne les frais liés au voyage ou à l’hébergement aux auteurs des résumés acceptés.
