Abstract

The increasing importance of the notion of sustainable development in our companies(societies) brought to the foreground three new types(chaps) of entrepreneurships: the social entrepreneurship, the environmental entrepreneurship and the long-lasting(sustainable) entrepreneurship. Our colloquium suggests analyzing the various stakes bound(connected) to these types(chaps) of entrepreneurship in Africa.

I/Context and problem

The increasing importance of the notion of sustainable development in our companies brought to the foreground three new types of entrepreneurships: the social entrepreneurship, the environmental entrepreneurship and the sustainable entrepreneurship.

These three types of entrepreneurship still remain little known and studied even if the research made notable advances in Europe and in the United States. So, after two decades of researches, the first ones having begun in the 90s, clear definitions of these three types of entrepreneurship were born.

The environmental entrepreneurship is a type of entrepreneurship centred on the environmental problems while creating some economic value. From his part, the social entrepreneurship suggests solving social problems and creating some value for the society. Finally, the sustainable entrepreneurship attacks the resolution of social and environmental problems through the entrepreneurship profitable. In Africa, the definition of the new entrepreneur that he is environmental, sustainable or then social is not established yet. But it does not prevent the hatching of new types of companies who try to take into account the local realities while pursuing environmental, social or still long-lasting objectives. It is the case for example craftsmen or still cooperatives and associations that emphasize natural products or which help the local populations. Could not these entities not be new types of entrepreneurs? And if yes, what would be the typical profile of the new African entrepreneur? It is naturally some questions which can be put and they do not exclude other questions quite so relevant on this theme.

About is his type, the new entrepreneur needs a solid legal framework to make his activity prosper. The legal framework allows naturally to set up the adequate environment for the activity, to allow a follow-up but also to check to limit the risks. The examples of success stories as those of Manomama in Germany or still those of Wallmart in the United States demonstrate us that the birth of new entrepreneurs cannot be made without an adapted legal framework. In Africa, even if most of the countries were equipped with environmental laws, the legal framework and especially its impact on the take-off of the new type of entrepreneurship still remains little studied. The recent Zero initiative Mika, developed by Morocco, could carry fruits very soon but it still takes time to confirm it. Then what is the current situation today? How the legal framework can you he(it) help the new African entrepreneurs? And in what conditions? It is naturally about some questions which can be put and they do not exclude other questions quite so relevant on this theme.

If the legal framework is important for the hatching of the new African entrepreneur, the support of universities is it not less. It is little mentioned indeed often that the new ecological technologies of production are the result of years of research made by engineers or by researchers. It is also forgotten that the implementation of innovative products is based on market studies or analyses of behavior produced by researchers. The role of the university, through all these components, could not be thus forgotten and it is what called back Moroccan mdme Minister for the Environment Hakima Haité, during the passage at the international university of Rabat there is a few weeks. And all the question is from now on to know how it can play him. So, the following questions deserve to be put: what is the vision of the African university on the question of the sustainable development? What role can she play in the support of the new African entrepreneurs? How can she train of new African entrepreneurs? It is naturally about some questions which can be put and they do not exclude other questions quite so relevant on this theme.

No company can hope to develop without being financed and it is also the case for the environmental, sustainable or still social companies. They need loans and a financial support adapted to reach their goals. Nevertheless, these types(chaps) of company face(deal with) a cruel lack of financing in spite of the multiplication(increase) of the various funds(collections) and other initiatives dedicated to the environmental, long-lasting(sustainable) or still social financing. It is thus justifiable to ask(raise) itself the following questions:Has you he(it) at present liquid assets for the financing of the new entrepreneurs there? And if yes, what are you they? What are the ways(means) arrange companies to obtain them? And has you he of the projects more attractive than others there? It is naturally about some questions which can be put and they do not exclude other questions quite so relevant on this theme.

The strength of a company, and thus its profitability, is above all assured by a market. And it is clear that if the request exists, the offer will follow necessarily. Thus it is because there is today an increasing number of consumers worried about ecological, social and sustainable criteria that the marks adapt their offers in this sense. In the textil industry - clothing for example, the scandal that H*M on the question of the transgenic cotton had to face led numerous brands such as Puma to imagine ecological collections. The question of the sensibility of the consumer thus arises in a justifiable way in the case of the new African entrepreneurs. What is the vision of the population on these new questions? Are the consumers you ready to spend more to buy its new products? The little altruistic behavior of a brand can it divert them from this brand? Are you they ready to give up any of their advantages to adopt more rustic products? It is naturally about some questions which can be put and they do not exclude other questions quite so relevant on this theme.

We can end of course not this argument without mentioning the role of the State in this new dynamics so much it is clear that its intervention shows itself at every level. So, it is the State which sets up the laws to incite or oblige new behavior. And it is still the State which can create a national demand favor the public purchase. But this State needs new ways to finance its action and thus of a redefined tax system. The questions which puts this axis are thus numerous: what control mechanism for an effective legal plan?In what conditions the State can you he develop a growth market for the new types of entrepreneurs? By what ways the State can he finance its action? It is naturally some questions which can be put and they do not exclude other questions quite so relevant on this theme.
