As part of our next collective publication, we invite you to submit a proposal related to the theme of this edition “Development and Democracy in the Age of Health Crisis”. The book aims to address different issues, constraints and perspectives of the covid-19 health crisis on development and democracy in a context of hegemony, instability and climate change.

Objectives and thematic fields of the work

As part of our next collective publication, we invite you to submit a proposal related to the theme of this edition “Development and Democracy in the Age of Health Crisis”. The book aims to address and address different issues, constraints and perspectives of the Covid19 health crisis on development and democracy in a context of hegemony, instability and climate change. In this sense, the expected contributions can cover the following indicative themes :

  1. Africa, Mediterranean and developed countries and democracy : Promote fundamental rights, public health, north-south / south-south cooperation…
  2. Migration-Refugees, Development and Democracy.
  3. Employment, Poverty and Social Economy.
  4. Local development and participatory democracy.
  5. Knowledge economy, Economic and territorial intelligence.
  6. Smart Cities, Participatory Democracy, Youth, Women.

Submission guidelines

Applicants must send their contributions in one of the two languages, French or English, with summaries in two languages, and including a curriculum vitae.

  • The paper should be between 6000 and 10000 words.
