  A propòsit de la cacera de bruixes a Catalunya entre els segles XV i XVIII

  Des d'una òptica estrictament històrica, la cacera de bruixes constitueix un fenomen que s'inicia a diferents zones de la Mediterrània occidental en la baixa època medieval i que s'estén al centre i el nord del continent europeu —i, fins i tot, a les colònies nord-americanes— en l'època moderna. En síntesi, se salda amb milers d'individus —majoritàriament dones— acusats, processats i castigats per tribunals civils i eclesiàstics. Entre les punicions, es compta sovint la pena capital.
