The Journal of Administrative and Financial Sciences contributes to the development of the subject area of competence, and for this it targets all researchers interested in various branches of administrative and financial sciences around the world, whether in research or academic circles, government departments or economic institutions at the national and international levels.

The Journal of Administrative and Financial Sciences is a semi-annual, academic and international scientific journal, indexed and non-profit, open source, issued by the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of El Oued - Algeria - The first issue of the magazine was issued in December 2017, the magazine is concerned with publishing all studies in Areas: Administrative and commercial sciences, accounting and finance, technology and innovation management, marketing, human resource management, information systems, strategy and management, tourism and hotel management. In the three languages: Arabic, French and English, which are distinguished by originality, contemporaryity, seriousness and respect for the conditions of publication and the scientific secretariat. The journal is published on paper and electronically, as it contributes to the development of the subject area of competence, and for this it targets all researchers interested in various branches of administrative and financial sciences around the world, whether in research or academic circles, government departments or economic institutions at the national and international levels.
