Journal of Administrative and Financial Sciences (JAFS), is an Open-Access Peer-Reviewed International Journal, Journal of Administrative and Financial Sciences *JAFS* is a biannual published twice a year by the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences, University Of El Oued – Shahid  Hama Lakhdar-Algeria, since 2017.

The main objective of Journal of Administrative and Financial Sciences *JAFS* is to contribute significantly to the body of knowledge by providing an intellectual platform for national and international scholars, including postgraduate students, professors, and researchers operating in academic circles, government departments, or socioeconomic institutions.

To promote interdisciplinary studies in economic, finance And sciences administravive, Journal of Administrative and Financial Sciences *JAFS* is committed to publish biannually in a variety of languages, including English, French and Arabic covering both theoretical and empirical topics in fields such as Administrative and commercial sciences, accounting and finance, technology and innovation management, marketing, human resource management, information systems, strategy and management, tourism and hotel managementand, Legal sciences.

Special issues devoted to important topics in the scope of the journal will occasionally be published.

Submission guidelines

Journal of the Administrative and Financial Sciences *JAFS* authors are required to check their submissions’ compliance with all of the following items; and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to authors:

• Manuscripts submitted to Journal of the Administrative and Financial Sciences *JAFS* must contain original work which has been neither previously published nor under consideration by another journal;
• Submission should respect the template format of Journal of the Administrative and Financial Sciences *JAFS*;
• Papers should be submitted electronically;
• Authors are invited to provide the abstract, keywords and titles of the article in English;
• All papers should have an abstract between 150 and 250 words in length;
• Each paper should obligatory include keywords (listed in alphabetical order);
• Each paper should obligatory include CODE JEL CLISSIFICATION;
• Papers should be written as a continuous expository narrative in an article style;
• Authors should include a cover page with the full title of the paper, the author's full name, author’s affiliation, and e-mail address (Institutional e-mail is recommended for the submission);
• The author's name should not appear elsewhere in the paper.
