• PhD or equivalent expertise in a relevant field (e.g., literature, linguistics, gender studies, education, translation studies).
• Peer-review experience in academic publishing.
• Multilingual proficiency (English + Arabic/French preferred).
• Commitment to advancing open-access scholarship.
