Management and Social Perspectives is an international peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal that publishes original research papers, critical reviews, and case studies in the fields of management, social sciences, economics, education, and interdisciplinary studies.

The journal aims to promote critical thinking, innovation, and the exchange of ideas among researchers, practitioners, and students worldwide.

Focus and Scope

The journal welcomes submissions that address, among others :

• management and organizational behavior,
• social and economic development,
• education and human resources,
• entrepreneurship and innovation,
• sustainability and governance.

It encourages multidisciplinary approaches and comparative perspectives that contribute to a deeper understanding of contemporary social and organizational issues.

Open Access Policy

All articles are freely available to readers immediately upon publication, with no subscription or access fees.

Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right to publish it under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, allowing sharing and reuse with proper citation of the source.

Article evaluation process 

First, the article is examined anonymously by the journal’s internal committee, which meets regularly and is involved in the pre-evaluation phase. It gives an opinion on the eligibility of the articles before they are sent to the assistant editors. If the article does not receive a favorable opinion during this phase, it will be returned to the author with a form containing comments and suggestions. The author can resubmit the article taking into account the recommendations made. In a second step, if the article is eligible for evaluation (correct writing style, well-defined problematic, presence of a research hypothesis, explicit methodology, etc.), it will be sent in double anonymity to the associate editor of the research field in question, who will in turn submit it to two evaluators from his network, who will review the paper according to a standardized evaluation grid that they must fill in. The associate editor can also evaluate the paper if he/she wishes. The journal’s secretariat provides the interface between the authors of the articles and the associate editors.

The evaluation deadline is 30 days, but the evaluators take an average of two to three months to send their work to the journal’s secretariat.

 Status of Articles Evaluation :

 When a draft article receives one favorable and one unfavorable opinion, a third evaluation is ordered, taking into account its national or foreign origin.

 Follow-Up of the Position of the Article on the Platform :

 The author can enter his account in the platform and follow the status of his article stage by stage by clicking on the icon : “Articles” and then clicking on the icon : “Sent Articles” will show a table that details the article from : Address ; Date of Article submission ; Journal Name ; Details ; The latter goes through several stages :

• Stage 1 : Accepting or rejecting arbitration ;
• Stage 2 : A pending article ;
• Stage 3 : Send the article to the reviewers ; -
• Stage 4 : The decision of the reviewers to accept the article or rejected or request for modification.
