Résumé

Trata-se de um periódico vinculado ao Centro de Informação Europe Direct de Aveiroe ao  Centro de Estudos Interdisciplinares do Século XX da Universidade de Coimbra – CEIS20, em parceria com o Gabinete em Portugal do Parlamento Europeu e a Representação da Comissão Europeia em Portugal.
This is a journal linked to Europe Direct Information Centre of Aveiro and the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies of the Twentieth Century, University of Coimbra - CEIS20, in partnership with the Office of the European Parliament in Portugal and the European Commission Representation in Portugal.

A sua redacção prepara agora o número 8, a sair em 2013 e que terá como tema a   "Flexibilidade da Construção da UE". Seria, assim, relevante que o dossier temático deste número da Revista Debater a Europa, coordenado por Isabel Maria Freitas Valente e Dulce Lopes, permitisse  estimular um conjunto de reflexões que venham privilegiar os aspectos considerados no título, que se poderão especificar melhor do seguinte modo:

  1. Cooperações reforçadas
  2. Cláusulas de Opting in/out
  3. Tensão alargamento/aprofundamento
  4. A possibilidade de saída da UE
  5. A crise do Euro e o tratado de estabilização

A revista Debater a Europa apela assim à submissão de trabalhos, sob a forma de artigos científicos ou recensões bibliográficas, que venham ao encontro das referidas temáticas.

Os interessados em colaborar deverão enviar por e-mail para  debatereuropa@gmail.com até ao dia 15 de Janeiro 2013, a indicação do título provisório do trabalho, um resumo até 500 palavras e uma nota biográfica (incluindo nome, grau académico e instituição onde foi obtido, afiliação e endereço institucional completo, número de telefone/fax, e-mail e até 5 publicações recentes). No caso dos artigos, os interessados deverão também especificar a linha temática em que os pretendem incluir.  O envio do artigo deverá ser feito até 28 de Fevereiro de 2013.

As colaborações deverão ser originais e inéditas, e não poderão ter sido submetidas à apreciação para publicação noutras revistas. Os textos poderão apresentar-se em português, espanhol, francês e inglês, e deverão ser processados em formato Microsoft Word, tipo Times New Roman, tamanho 12, a espaço e meio, (com excepção das citações longas e das notas de rodapé, que deverão ser em tamanho 10, espaço simples).

Os artigos científicos deverão ter até 25 páginas (incluindo espaços, notas de rodapé e bibliografia final) e ser acompanhados de um resumo até 100 palavras e de cinco palavras-chave, em português e inglês. 

As referências da bibliografia final e as citações devem obedecer à Norma Portuguesa 405-1 (1994) e actualizações. Os artigos que não obedeçam às normas serão devolvidos.

Its number 8 is now being prepared to be launched in 2013 and the theme will be "The flexibility of European Construction". It would therefore be relevant that the dossier of this issue of Debating Europe, coordinated by Maria Isabel Valente Freitas and Dulce Lopes, allowed the stimulation of a set of reflections that would focus on the aspects considered in the title, which may further specified as follows :

  1. Enhanced Cooperation
  2. Terms of Opting In / Out
  3. Tension enlargement / deepening
  4. The possibility of leaving EU
  5. The Euro crisis and the stabilization treaty

 The magazine Debating Europe therefore calls on submitting papers, in the form of journal articles or book reviews, which meet the mentioned topic.

Those interested in cooperating should send to the following  e-mail: debatereuropa@gmail.com , until 15 January 2013, the indication of provisional work, an abstract up to 500 and a biographical note (including name, degree and institution where it was obtained, affiliation and full address, telephone / fax, e-mail and up to 5 recent publications). For articles, the interested parties should also specify the thematic line where they should be included.  Articles should be sent by 28 February 2013.

Contributions must be original and unpublished, and must not have been submitted for consideration for publication in other journals. The texts may be presented in Spanish, Portuguese, French and English, and processed in Microsoft Word format, Times New Roman, size 12, one space and half (with the exception of long quotations and footnotes, which should be in size 10, single space).

The papers should not exceed 25 pages (including spaces, footnotes and bibliography) and be accompanied by an abstract of up to 100 words and five key words in Portuguese and English.

The bibliography of references and quotations must obey the Portuguese Standard 405-1 (1994) and respective updates. Articles that do not meet the requirements will be returned.
