La conférence « Rôle et responsabilité des plateformes en ligne : approche(s) transversale(s), approches sectorielles ? » a pour objet de cerner les différentes approches retenues, dans le droit de l’Union européenne et du Conseil de l’Europe, ainsi que dans les lois françaises récentes, telles la loi « Travail » du 8 août 2016 et la loi « République numérique » du 7 octobre 2016, pour appréhender la place d’acteurs économiques devenus centraux : les plateformes en ligne.
