Argumento
Em Julho de 2017, a AVANCA |CINEMA celebra a sua 8ª edição, confirmando que é uma das conferências de referência na área do cinema. Os investigadores estão convidados a apresentar os seus estudos, neste espaço de divulgação e partilha da investigação académica.
O livro de atas da edição passada, com as suas 1280 páginas, guarda para memória futura a mais diversificada investigação que se realiza um pouco por todo o mundo em torno do cinema e as suas relações com a arte, tecnologia e a comunicação.
A revisão duplamente cega parece assegurar edição após edição a qualidade dos trabalhos que o programa oferece nesta conferência. Um ponto de encontro para todos os que se dedicam ao cinema.
O seu programa vasto e diversificado constitui um ponto forte da organização deste evento. Os participantes podem escolher entre sessões de cinema, workshops, apresentações de livros, mesas-redondas, sessões plenárias e paralelas. Durante estes cinco dias o cinema reina e o difícil é escolher.
A singularidade da sua conjugação com o Festival de Cinema AVANCA revela-se uma experiência única para todos os que participam nesta festa estival do cinema.

Modalidades de submissão
A submissão dos resumos deverá ser feita até ao dia 5 de Fevereiro de 2017 através do preenchimento de formulário disponível no site
A submissão de resumos deverá ser efetuada segundo os seguintes parâmetros:
- Ter entre 100 e 250 palavras e ser escrito em inglês
- Título numa das quatro línguas oficiais e em inglês
- 5 Palavras-chave em inglês
A conferência tem 4 línguas oficiais: Português, Inglês, Francês e Espanhol.

Argumentaire
En juillet 2017, la conférence AVANCA | CINEMA célèbre sa 8e édition, confirmant qu'il s'agit bien de l'une des principales conférences dans le domaine du cinéma. Les chercheurs sont invités à présenter leurs travaux, dans ce contexte de diffusion et de partage de la recherche universitaire.
Les 1280 pages des Actes de la dernière édition gardent pour mémoire future les travaux les plus variés, représentant ainsi un vaste échantillon de la recherche qui se fait dans le monde entier, dans le domaine du cinéma et de sa relation avec l'art, la technologie et la communication.
Le modèle d'évaluation en double aveugle semble assurer, édition après édition, la qualité des communications proposées dans le programme de la conférence. Un véritable lieu de rencontre pour tous ceux qui se consacrent au cinéma!
Son programme vaste et diversifié constitue un point fort de l'organisation de cet événement. Les participants ont le choix entre séances de cinéma, ateliers, présentations de livres, tables-rondes, ainsi que séances plénières et parallèles. Durant ces cinq jours, le cinéma règne et le choix est difficile.
Par ailleurs, la singularité de la combinaison Conférence-Festival du Film AVANCA s'avère être une expérience unique pour tous ceux qui participent à cette fête estivale du cinéma.

Modalités pratiques d'envoi des propositions
Les propositions de communications devront être envoyées jusqu’au 5 février, à travers la fiche d'inscription disponible sur http://www.avanca.org/FR/call_res.php
Les propositions de communications devront être effectuées selon les critères suivants :
- Les résumés doivent avoir un minimum de 100 et un maximum de 250 mots en anglais;
- Titre de l'une des quatre langues officielles et en anglais;
- Cinq mots-clés en anglais.
Les quatre langues officielles de la conférence sont: le portugais, l'anglais, l'espagnol et le français.

Argument
In July 2017 the AVANCA | CINEMA Conference celebrates its 8th edition confirming that this is one of the leading conference in the field of cinema. Researchers are invited to present their studies in this space of dissemination and sharing of academic research.
The proceedings book of the last edition with its 1280 pages keeps for future memory the most diverse research that is being undertaken all over the world on cinema and its relationship with art, technology and communication.
Year by year the double blind review has been ensuring the quality of the works offered in the Conference program and this is a meeting point for all those who dedicate themselves to the cinema.
The vast and diverse program represents one of the strong points of this event organization. The participants can choose between film screenings, workshops, book releases, round tables, and plenary and parallel sessions. During these five days cinema is everywhere and it is difficult to select different activities.
The singularity of its conjunction with the Avanca Film Festival renders it a unique experience for all those who participate in this movie summer party.

Submission guidelines
Abstracts submission should be made until 5th february through the entry form available in www.avanca.org.
The abstracts submission must follow these parameters:
- Between 100 and 250 words in English;
