Abstract
EARLI SIG 14 focuses on professional and vocational education and training and has a particular set of interests associated with learning at and for work. The conference aims to bring together scholars from different disciplinary backgrounds, who are interested in investigating learning and instructional processes in connection with professional practices. It encourages research and reflection developing interdisciplinarity, methodological diversity, inter-professional collaboration and explores the relations between learning and development in educational and professional contexts.

Argumentaire
La 9ème édition du colloque EARLI SIG 14 Learning and Professional Development aura lieu à l’Université de Genève du 12 au 14 septembre 2018. Après Munich en 2010, Anvers en 2012, Oslo en 2014 et Regensburg en 2016, la Section des sciences de l’éducation de l’Université de Genève accueillera cet important événement, qui rassemble la communauté des chercheurs dans le champ de la recherche sur les apprentissages en contexte de formation professionnelle.
L’organisation du colloque sera assurée par l’équipe Interaction & Formation, en collaboration avec le Prof. Stephen Billett, coordinateur du SIG 14 et professeur à l’Université Griffith de Brisbane. La thématique choisie pour cette 9ème édition portera pour titre Interaction, Learning and Professional Development. Elle vise à placer les enjeux collectifs de la formation professionnelle au cœur des débats.
Le colloque permettra d’inviter trois conférences plénières, qui seront prononcées par Helen Melander (Uppsala University), Pierre Dillenbourg (EPFL, Lausanne) et Claire Tourmen (University of California, Berkley). Les contributions peuvent prendre la forme de communications individuelles, de symposiums thématiques, de posters, de tables rondes ou de séances d’analyses de données.

Les propositions de communication peuvent être adressées en anglais ou en français
