Submission Guidelines

Submission link

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another conference or journal. The following paper categories are welcome: Papers, posters and panels/workshops.

We welcome innovative applications, theoretical contributions, carefully evaluated empirical papers, and we particularly welcome work that combines all of these elements. The meeting aims to attract participants with different backgrounds, to foster the exchange of opinions between different research fields, and to expose and discuss innovative theories, frameworks, methodologies, tools, and applications.

  • Languages: French; English;  Arabic
  • An abstract of  200/250 words will be at the top of the paper.

The full paper must comply with the following presentation guidelines: 

  • The first page should include: the title, name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), address(es), telephone number(s), e-mail address(es).
  • The second page should include the title and the Abstract and five keywords.

The third page should include:

  • Title of article: 14-point Times Roman
  • Body text: Interline 1.5, 12-point Times Roman
  • Titles and subtitles in bold numbered as 1, 1.1 and 1.1.1.
  • The page numbers will appear at the bottom of the page
  • High, low, right and left margins of 2.5 cm
  • The Harvard («Harvard Reference Format 1 (author-date)») style of referencing will be used for the citations and in the bibliography
